I'm a recent Rutgers graduate who has become more interested in discussing politics, religion, economics, and human rights issues with other DA users.

I am an agnostic atheist, and as such willing to question and criticize ideas and practices related to religion. I'm also an advocate of free speech, freedom of religion, racial and gender equality, and LGBT rights. I am also a meritocrat, meaning that I believe job promotions, acceptance into elite universities, and transfer of authority should be based on their qualifications, character, work ethic, and merits, rather than solely on their race, gender, wealth, or political leanings.

Some of the issues I plan on discussing may be controversial, and not everyone will agree with my opinions. You're free to disagree with me on something, but PLEASE BE MATURE ABOUT IT. If you wish to discuss or debate with me at length about a particular topic, feel free to do so on my profile comments page or the comment section on my journal or gallery entries.

I am a liberal, NOT a SJW. In fact, I'm more than willing to criticize far-right and far-left political groups and call them out on their stupidity and twisted sense of priorities. I will NOT attack, threaten, or attempt to have someone banned because I disagree with them. I advocate intelligent, civilized debate if the other person will do the same.

I also have Asperger's, which is essentially a form of high-functioning autism. I can be socially awkward around new people, but once I get to know them, I can be very talkative, friendly and open. I'm also a bit of a chatterbox, especially when I'm discussing something I'm passionate or annoyed at. That also means I will be discussing things like Autism Speaks, my perspective of having autism, and various issues concerning the physically and mentally disabled.
